Our Pastor

Phillip Scott serves as the senior pastor grounded in secular humanist values and the education director for 21st Street Mission’s educational outreach. He leads with a commitment to service, lifelong learning, and community transformation. Pastor Phillip teaches a variety of general IT courses and provides technology support to churches throughout the DMV and beyond, helping them navigate the digital challenges of modern ministry.

Through 21st Street Mission, he has participated in multiple community‑immersion trips—living alongside local residents, supporting grassroots initiatives, and building meaningful, long‑term relationships.

Pastor Phillip is also authorized by the Fairfax County Circuit Court to officiate weddings in Virginia. He joyfully serves couples of all belief systems, helping families and friends celebrate life’s most important moments.
